Groupe BEL is a multinational cheese marketer centered in France.
As a part of their digital transformation plan, Groupe BEL decided to implement a new in-house communications platform for all their teams around the world (Workplace by Facebook). In order to do so, a collective mentorship program was developed, so that the new platform would be unrolled gradually among the teams. This strategy would ensure a high adoption rate.
What I did
- Train the team leaders to the new tools
- Creation of support presentations to brief team leaders
- Animation of 10 training sessions, online and on-site, in French and English
- Follow-up for 3 months
