Social media coaching
2016 – Managed from Paris, France
Leading agency: Angie+1 (Paris, France)
Language: French
The EVE Programme was launched by the women at Danone, who realised they were co-responsible for the existence of the glass ceiling: Women need to take more risks themselves in order to move upwards in the company. That is why Danone took the initiative to organize a yearly inter-company leadership seminar for women and “enlightened” men.
The digital communications around the EVE Programme is a critical element of its influence, since it can convey its messages of gender equality throughout the year, even when the seminar is over. It also reaches everybody, beyond the seminar participants. In this respect, social media is a very strong tool for the programme.
